New York Giants rookie quarterback Daniel Jones is expected to be sidelined two to four weeks with a high-ankle sprain, the NFL Network reported Monday.

Eli Manning, 38, will be under center as the Giants (2-10) bid to snap an eight-game losing skid against the host Philadelphia Eagles (5-7) on Monday (8:15 p.m. ET).

The two-time Super Bowl Most Valuable Player is also expected to get the nod next Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.

Jones, who was selected with the sixth overall pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, won his first two games as a starter and has thrown for 2,374 yards with 18 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

The 22-year-old was injured in the Giants’ 31-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Dec. 1.
