The Seattle Seahawks are not sure whether running back Marshawn Lynch will be able to play in Sunday’s regular-season opener against the Cardinals because he has had back spasms, ESPN.com reported.

Lynch did not practice Monday and has not played since the second week of the preseason.

Lynch rushed for 1,204 yards last season, when he started 15 games for Seattle. The one game he missed was the result of back spasms, however.

Fantasy analysis: Keep an eye on Lynch’s progress. If he can’t go, you need to bench him for Week 1.
