The Tennessee Titans added outside linebacker Josh Smith to their reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday.

After being placed on the list, Smith will be required to stay away from the team. No details were revealed but his spot on the list means he has either tested positive for COVID-19, or is being quarantined after having close contact with someone who has been infected.

Smith played in Nashville in college, at Vanderbilt, and joined the Titans last season as an undrafted free agent. He spent the final weeks of the 2019 season, and Tennessee’s playoff run, on the team’s practice squad.

Smith joins defensive end Jack Crawford on the Titans’ COVID-19 list. Offensive lineman Isaiah Wilson, the team’s 2020 first-round draft pick, has already returned from the list.

Offensive lineman Anthony McKinney was the only Tennessee player to opt out of playing in 2020.
